Welcome The IRB Administrators Academy is the educational division of the International Rugby Board (IRB) and was established in 2007 by the World Academy of Sport and IF Education. It's aim is to deliver 'Best Practice' academic programmes in order to ensure that IRB athletes, administrators and event organisers from across the globe have access to the highest quality education.
